This hotel is located in mountains, so it offers beautifull views and staff is helpfull as well. But it must be better during winter seasons. We were there just for one night, so I don´t want to clasify it a lot...

Great, friendly staff; clean room; wonderful breakfast! Charming mountain view you will never forget! Good bus connection to the nearest town of Bressanone (6 km?).

Great views of mountains, excellent breakfast.
Very very far off from city, on top of a hill, with little civilization around. If you reach this hotel around 8:00PM or so, there's not much chance of you finding dinner around this place. Also, had requested for an additional bed, but was not offered.

Cery nice room in the annex. Excellent breakfast.
Beware of pine martens chewing through the electrics on your car if you park outside.. Worth asking to use the garage under the annex.

The staff was friendly and there was an excellent breakfast and pool. The rooms were adequate
The rooms facing the sttreets were noisy and made sleep a bit restless. Try to get a room toward the back (poolside)

It was the cheapest hotel by far, and in fairness I think the staff there try their best. Value for money is ok.
Quite a strange hotel. Staff are a bit funny, but I would put that down to a language barrier probably. My biggest gripe is that you could practically never find any staff to answer questions - rarely anyone at reception and no way of contacting them. However, I do have to say that with just a bit more effort they could really improve the place. Too much "stuff" lying about and a bizarre private room full of birds in cages on the way down to the pool didn't help in maintaining a clean image - it's a hotel, not a zoo!

Terrible hotel. We did not get the room that we booked but we got a small room with a small window and two beds that lay along one another and can not be moved. In addition, oblique roof so we could not stand straight up. It was so small that we had no room for luggage. When we said that we booked a double room, shrugged the shoulders only, we did not get the right room or any compensation. On the website it says that this is a 3 star hotel but it was not even 2 star. In addition, the room does not look like the pictures on the site. I would never recommend this hotel. The room was expensive. It is also difficult to find here. Also the wi-fi does not work anywhere but 6 feet/2 meters from the front desk. And there is no proper parking.

it was not like described at Booked.net. there was no restaurant, so late arriving guests like us would not get _anything_ We were also not having a room in the main house, but in a remote facility. rooms were ok, but small. no fridge, drinks or anything. for one night ok, but not for a vacation with family.
